# Third Wave BBQ

> Third Wave BBQ is an American-style BBQ restaurant group in Australia, famous for slow-smoked meats and the original BBQ Thor's Hammer - the slow-smoked beef-shank dish Third Wave coined, now copied worldwide - plus big BBQ platters, burgers and all-you-can-eat nights. Six venues: five across Melbourne (Albert Park, Hawthorn East, Moorabbin, Officer, Ascot Vale) and one in Perth (Applecross), with a Gold Coast venue opening late 2026. - All-You-Can-Eat BBQ: every Tuesday from 5:30pm at every venue. Three tiers per person - BBQ Base Camp $69, Carnivore Mode $93, BBQ Royalty $119 - plus an optional $59 bottomless drinks package.
