TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Who can enter. Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families cannot enter.
- How to enter. Sign up on this page, then spend a minimum of $100 in a single visit at any Third Wave on or before 15 October 2026. Keep your receipt. If you win, you must show it to us.
- The draw. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 16 October 2026. The winner will be contacted by email or phone and must reply within 7 days, or another winner will be drawn.
- The prize. Flights for two to the Gold Coast, our choice of flight, from anywhere in Australia, 2 nights accommodation for two in a minimum 4 star hotel, and a decadent dinner for two at the new Third Wave Surfers Paradise. Total prize valued at up to $2,500.
- What is covered. Only flights, accommodation and dinner are covered by the prize. All other costs, including transfers, extra meals and drinks, travel insurance, baggage, upgrades and spending money, are the winner’s responsibility.
- Travel dates. Travel to the Gold Coast is expected in November 2026. The winner chooses from the dates available that month, subject to availability.
- Travellers. The winner’s travel companion must also be 18 or over. Names on bookings must match valid photo ID.
- Travelling together. Both people must travel together and share a room at the hotel.
- No cash or swaps. The prize cannot be converted to cash, transferred or exchanged. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with something of similar value.
- General. Our decision is final. We may change or cancel the competition if something outside our control affects it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage connected with the prize. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
