American BBQ, smoked low and slow

Third Wave BBQ is an Australian American-BBQ smokehouse. Beef brisket, beef ribs, pork ribs, pulled pork, lamb shoulder, chicken and wings are smoked low and slow and served with sides, or piled into burgers, loaded fries and share platters like the BBQ Platter of Doom. Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes are marked on the menu, there is a kids menu, and the menu is the same at every venue with new monthly specials.

All-you-can-eat BBQ Tuesdays

Every Tuesday from 5:30pm is All You Can Eat BBQ: BBQ Base Camp ($69), Carnivore Mode ($93) or BBQ Royalty ($119) a head. The whole table orders it, more meat comes out until you say stop, and a $59 bottomless drinks package is available at most venues.

The original BBQ Thor's Hammer

Third Wave BBQ created the BBQ Thor's Hammer and coined the name: a whole beef shin, marinated for 24 hours, rubbed in spices and smoked for over 12 hours until it falls apart, served standing over smoky bacon Mac & Cheese with bear claws to shred it. It weighs over 3 kg, feeds four to five, and is on the menu at every venue, first come first served while it lasts each service.
